Thanks for visiting us at Waverley Antique Bazaar! 

Our items available for purchase can be posted both nationally and internationally. We use a variety of postage methods and also have a delivery service for those customers in Metro Melbourne. Before you complete checkout of our shopping cart, you will have an option to 'estimate postage'. We use real time postage rates from Australia Post to fulfil your order - or you can choose to organise your own courier or pick up your goods from our warehouse in Glen Waverley if you prefer.

The price of packaging is included in the prices of our items and we do not charge a handling surcharge.

Please be aware that some items in our store are only available for local pickup or Metro Melbourne delivery due to the nature of the items. If you're really desperate for something and it doesn't look like we have postage available to you, please call us on (03) 9560 4284 between 10am-5pm and we'll see what options might be available for you. 

Postage through nominated carriers such as Australia Post are calculated on weight and cubic weight. Our shopping cart system will automatically combine items in your cart and will display the delivery options available to you. 

CAN I PICK UP MY ONLINE ORDER IN PERSON?

Absolutely! Add the items you'd like to your cart, complete the checkout process, and if you enter a local postcode a 'LOCAL PICKUP IN STORE' option will be available for you to select at the checkout. Once we've picked and packed your order, our staff will get in touch with you to organise a pickup time.

HOW DO I FIND YOUR WAREHOUSE?

If you're coming from Springvale Road, turn West onto Waverley Road and right into Aristoc Road. We're about 150m down the road on your left hand side. Look for the Waverley Antique Bazaar sign at ground level and turn left into 'Glen Waverley Business Park'. From our driveway, turn left at the guard house in the centre of the drive, and continue on until you see our factory and bulkhead down on your right hand side! Please ensure you bring a copy of your receipt and order with you, and ensure you have organised a pick up time with our staff prior to your arrival.

WHAT POSTAGE OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

When you go to checkout you are able to enter your postcode for a real time postage quote. We have multiple options available depending on your location, and you are able to choose from regular parcel post and express post for those must-have-asap orders. We also offer our own Priority Express delivery service - currently servicing a 35km radius from our location in Glen Waverley. If you can't see this option available to you in the checkout process and you are within 50kms or so of Melbourne, please give us a call with your order details and we'll organise a delivery quote for you. A signature is required on delivery for all orders.

CAN I ORGANISE MY OWN COURIER SERVICE?

Absolutely. Complete your order and complete your cart with the 'local pickup' option selected at the checkout. Give us a call on (03) 9560 4284 to organise the rest!

PACKING & WRAPPING 

All items are carefully wrapped and packed by our staff who are experienced in handling fragile and antique items. We use a combination of bubble wrap and paper to ensure your items are well packaged for transit.
